The Tips
Don't have time to watch the video (or it won't load)? Here is the rundown on the tips included:» Processed foods with sodium can cause high blood pressure and bloating.
» Enjoy nutrient rich snacks to boost your metabolism. Try nuts.
» 1 pack of raw brown sugar = 16 calories
» Avoid corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.
» Place a rainbow of fruits and vegetables at eye-level in your fridge.
» Organic fruits and veggies have a higher antioxidant level.
» Give up mayo for hummus or mustard.
» Trade diet soda for seltzer or unsweetened tea.
» Keeping a diet journal makes you less likely to stray.
New To Me
Here is something that I learned from the video that I did not know before: Artificial sweeteners are very sweet, which can cause you to crave even more sweet things. I despise artificial sweeteners, so I don't ever use them, but that was interesting information nonetheless.Source: Sprig

I have stayed away from high fructose corn syrup as much as possible and I feel much better. Soda is bad! Drink water.

Sacs, diet soda's never been good for you!
Polly, I, too like unsweetened tea, especially if I can add a little lemon or honey.
PC, I drink a lot of water, and soda rarely. My husband also said he started feeling much better when he stopped drinking so much soda, his stomach stopped acting up so much.
