Go Green!

Turn your oven off a few minutes before your food is done cooking. The residual heat will finish the cooking for you, just don't open the door!

all things eco

Welcome to the March 1st, 2010 edition of All Things Eco.

My apologies for the lack of Eco-Friendly Friday last week. I was feeling really... crappy, for lack of a better word. I had my one week checkup from my teeth extractions, and while everything looks (looked?) like it was healing properly, I had lost too much weight from not being able to eat much, and I was feeling really weak and sick. Feeling much better today, but I have to call the surgeon again... had some minor bleeding in one of the sockets yesterday. It never ends!

Enough of that... on to the carnival!
