Something needs to be done and I suppose it is a matter of "the lesser of two evils," when comparing bio fuels to conventional fuel, anyway. I personally think we need to come up with a better option than all of the currently available ones. But making fuel out of beer is still pretty neat. Very energy-costly to make them for the return you get, and setting millions of acres with the same crop is an environmental disaster waiting to happen.
