Eco-Friendly Friday

June 27th's Tip

Fourth of July: Don't use disposable dishes, utensils, cups and napkins. These contribute to environmental "trash" and are not biodegradable.

If you already have fun "picnic ware," use that. If you don't, don't go out and spend $$... have each guest bring their favorite dish. It can be china or something hand painted. Stack them all on the buffet table and have guests pick their favorite one.

What a fun way to enjoy your meal and the environment! - contributed by Green Girl
