The Modern world foods are really harmful for the children as well as adults, especially products like coco cola, pepsi and other carbonated water. The chips that are available in wafer packets are dangerous, its high time that we return to more organic products and that which are good for our earth and body too.

It's amazing how many bad habits we grow out of when we allow ourselves the time to mature. I used to be a crazy addict (Pepsi rather than Coke) but it's a once in a blue moon thing for me now. As long as you don't overdue it, you're gold. Everything in moderation.

I agree. What one does out of habit and what one does on slight occasion have entirely different consequences. Any economist will tell you that when you are learning to budget you need to remember that it is only a guide and to stick to it by the letter without any occasional frivolous spending you are destined to fail. Nobody is perfect and as long as you recycle your cans, what's so wrong with have a pleasure like coke. If you decide to stop drinking coke, you could always try drinking fruit juices with carbonated water and they provide the same sensation with less sugar.
