I'm not usually one for bar soap - our shower has only one place to hold a bar of soap, so if we used it, we'd have to share. That skeeves me out. The natural soap from Best Bath Store has got me thinking of stealing that soap spot, though.
We all know of the nasties in a lot of personal care products, including soap - phthalates, unnatural fragrance, SLS, parabens, and the list goes on. So many products contain ingredients that can cause anything from allergies to birth defects to even cancer, and it's scary. Parabens are supposedly used in safe amounts, but then why are they found in breast cancer tumors? It can be hard to find soaps and other personal care products that don't fall into this category, but there are some options out there, and these are one of those options.
The soaps available include an acne facial bar, shea butter body bar, dead sea body bar, lemon-lime body bar, and so many more. Ingredients include those such as olive oil (which a lot of natural beauty product lovers know can work wonders for skin), coconut oil, palm oil, and essential oils for fragrance. Free samples are available (with $6.95 shipping, limit of five samples). I'm filling my cart with samples of a few of the soaps (holiday spice, cocoa butter, and vanilla bean), and a couple other items (
Now if only they offered all natural body wash...

I started using natural soaps when I started researching on how to keep skin softer and younger. And natural soaps are recommended by many experts. I've tried country soap bar its all natural and I really like it. (you can just search about it in the internet)

Natural soaps are good to avoid chemical ingredients that irritate the skin and worse may cause skin diseases. That is the reason why natural soaps are been known due to its natural components means chemical free and its effectiveness to the skin.

Wow that website that you mentioned has a TON of natural soap. Thanks!
Also, I didn't know that regular bars of soap could have such nasty side effects! Birth defects? Thats scary. Thanks for opening my eyes a bit on this subject.

My wife loves natural soap, and always wanted to get me to try it out.
One day, she switched out my Irish Spring for a bar of her best natural stuff.
It was too late to jump out and grab my Irish Spring, so I grabbed the bar and started to soap down. What a big difference; no perfumy smell, no dry skin after effects.
Needless to say, the rest of my Irish Spring bars are still sitting in the cabinet.
That reminds me, were almost out of the natural stuff, got to put it on the shopping list!

Amanda, I know you're an etsy addict!!! You need to shop for me on etsy
Wind, I haven't tried Kiss My Face, but I have looked into some of their products.
Software marketing, I would check local stores (especially any local natural/health stores).
Tony, lol! That's one way to get you to switch!
Lorraine, your soaps sound great! I bet they smell great, too.
