PrinterI love trees. Most of the regular readers here know that. They are beautiful, they make their surroundings more beautiful, they clean the air... I could go on and on. Deforestation for the period from 1990-2005 happened at a rate of about 130,000 km2 per year, and, frankly, that makes me angry.

While I prefer to avoid printing whenever possible to help save trees (I'm big on jotting my notes down on spent envelopes and other scrap), sometimes printing is unavoidable. Businesses find use with business cards and flyers, and, with the holidays coming, greeting cards filling up our mailboxes is inevitable. While e-cards are an increasingly popular option, some still enjoy receiving and giving tangible greetings.

When printing can't be avoided, finding green printing company is important. Green printing companies use recycled paper and recycle their waste. Some go further than that, and PSPrint is one of those companies. They offer 100% recycled paper for most of their printed products, and they also recycle all of their paper waste. Not only that, but they use soy based inks instead of petroleum based, which reduces the emission of VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and is better for the environment and the air quality of the workplace.

PSPrint offers a lot of options from brochure printing, calendars, and greeting cards, to posters, postcards, stickers, and more. They also offer graphic services and free templates, which you can use to design your product for them to print.
