ScissorsWith the economy the way it is, spending more on organic food may not be on your to-do list. If you're still interested in the benefits of organic food, there are ways you can still go organic while saving money, and one of those ways is by using coupons.

I'm not suggesting you go out and buy the Sunday paper full of coupons and news articles you won't use or read; that would be a huge waste. Your grocery store's flier may be a better option, if you already receive them in your mail. Their are also services online where you can print just the coupons you will actually use, or load up a coupon card. Since finding coupons for organic food can be difficult, here are some resources that might help:

Coupon Databases

  • OrganicCoupons.org seems to be mostly online coupons and promotions.
  • All Organic Links lists MANY links to websites of organic companies. You can use this site to find the websites of your local stores, which may have printable coupons or contact information to request coupons.
  • Mambo Sprouts has a printable coupons sectioning which should be launching soon.
  • Coupon Moms has a coupon database that I haven't checked out yet, but may be useful.
  • Nature's Oasis has a variety of printable coupons for different manufacturer's.

Manufacturer's Coupons

  • Sign up to print coupons with Brown Cow, who donates 10% of their profits annually to environmental protection efforts.
  • Organic Valley

  • Organic Valley lets you choose 2 coupons from their selection, which they say they refresh around March every year.
  • Test your knowledge about organic farming with Earthbound Farms and you could win a coupon.
  • Earth's Best coupons currently include $1.00 off any 2 Earth's Best Sesame Street Products and $1 off 10 jars of Earth's Best baby foods.
  • Sign up with Horizon Organic for printable coupons.
  • Seventh Generation offers printable coupons, as well, and you can print each one two times!
  • Stonyfield Farms offers printable organic yogurt coupons.
  • Coleman Natural will mail you a $5 for taking a survey.
  • Santa Cruz Organic

  • Santa Cruz Organic is currently offering a 75¢ printable coupon for their organic sodas.
  • Sign up for Country Choice Organic's newsletter to be emailed coupons.
  • Knudsen's current printable coupon offer is for $1 off any any 8-pack of Sensible Sippers Juice Boxes.
  • Turtle Mountain, the makers of SO Delicious soy ice creams, is offering coupons if you sign up.
  • Not quite a coupon, but Yogi Teas is offering a free sample pack.

If you still can't find what you are looking for, try going to the website of the manufacturer for whom who want coupons . Check to see if they have a coupon section, or if they have a newsletter you can sign up for to receive special deals and promotions. If they don't, email them and tell them how much you love their product and you would love to know if you could be sent some coupons!
