Great list, thank you! This year I would suggest going one step farther and only giving fair trade as well as 'green'. That way you'd be giving a gift to more than one person with a single purchase:-) You can get fair trade jewelry, coffee, tea (which taste great by the way) and can let your recipient know that you care about ethical commerce.
